Ingredients - 1 serve

  • 30g Traditional Rolled Oats
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 5g Protein Powder
  • 1/3 cup of Milk (plant or dairy)
  • 50g plain Yoghurt (plant or dairy)
  • 80g of Fruit (fresh or frozen)
  • 5g Slivered Almonds


Combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, milk and yoghurt. Mix well until combined.

Stir in your fruit and sprinkle the almonds on top.

Cover and refrigerate overnight, then eat chilled the next day.

Stored in the refrigerator in a sealed containers to last up to 3 days.
